JCCS has no fees or charges for submission or review.
All articles MUST pay the publication fees after being accepted for publication (articles can be submitted in Persian).
Submission fee: Free
Reviewing fee: Free
Publishing fee (for manuscripts submitted from November 1st until December 31st, 2026): 50 Euros (Free for Iranian Authors)

Note: For an article to be considered Iranian, these three criteria must be met:
- The first author's affiliation must be in Iran; and 
- The corresponding author's affiliation must be in Iran; and
- At least half of the authors' affiliations must be in Iran.
